By using Olivo, you agree to these simple terms. We've kept them straightforward because we believe in clarity and honesty.
What Olivo Is
Olivo is an AI-powered biblical parenting guidance tool. It provides scripture-based wisdom, practical parenting suggestions, and content analysis from a Christian worldview. It supports both Catholic and Protestant traditions.
What Olivo Is Not
Olivo is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care. For serious mental health concerns, abuse situations, or crisis situations, please contact a licensed professional, your pastor or priest, or emergency services immediately.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Olivo.
Plans and Payment
Olivo is free to start: you can add your children and ask 5 questions without paying. After that, asking questions and checking shows needs a paid plan. The price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page, and your plan renews at the same price each month or year until you cancel. One plan covers both parents in a family.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Settings, in one step. Cancelling ends your plan right away: asking is switched off the same day, including for any time you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Everything you have added is kept and you can still open it. Payments are not refunded. A founding family keeps its founding price for as long as its plan stays active. If a founding plan is cancelled, that price is not offered to the family again.
Pausing
A monthly plan can be paused once in 12 months. A pause begins when the time you have paid for runs out and skips your next 3 monthly payments. While it is paused, everything you have added is kept and you can open it, but you cannot ask questions or check shows. When the pause ends your plan starts again at the same price and you are charged, on a date you are shown before you agree. You can start it sooner, or cancel, at any time during a pause. A founding family keeps its founding price through a pause.
If a Payment Fails
If your card is declined, your plan is not cancelled. You have 14 days to change your card in Settings, and nothing is switched off during that time. After that, asking is switched off until the card is changed.

Olivo is designed for parents seeking biblical guidance for their families. Please use it respectfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to misuse, hack, or overload the service.
AI-Generated Content
Responses from Olivo are generated by artificial intelligence based on biblical principles. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify scripture references and use your own judgment and prayer in making parenting decisions.

Changes to Terms
